Welcome to Jamie Ashley Designs we handcraft one of a kind personalized jewelry with an elegant and modern twist.  Each piece of jewelry will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work.  If you order one of our pearl or shell jewelry pieces they are natural and therefore, one of a kind! Each will have variations in color that may not be exactly as shown in the image.  This makes each piece of jewelry truly unique.

Returns & exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Items without tags attached or delivered outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. All custom orders are final sale.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund/exchange to be processed.  Make sure your name/phone number/order # is included in the package.

Thank you for understanding, please contact us in the box bellow with your name, phone number, order #, and reason for return.  We will email you back with the address to postmark your return to and confirmation.

Refunds and processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

if your jewelry breaks

If your jewelry breaks we would gladly fix it for you for free if it broke within the first year of purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.  If your item breaks beyond the first year we do charge a $15 dollar fee.  If it exceeds that time frame please leave us a detailed comment and we can negotiate something within reason!
